The Department Store General Merchandise Customer Returns are available by the pallet or truckload. All loads are manifested. The list could easily be more than 200 pages because of the large mix of merchandise. As these loads are customer returns, we represent them to have about 15-25% damaged merchandise in the load. Many of our customers have reported earnings of double the amount they paid for the load, even after they throw away all of the damaged goods. Compare the numbers on a customers returns load from Kmart, Sears, Target, and JC Penney, you will likely find the cost averages 15 – 16 cents on the retail dollar. Our Department Store Customer Returns sells at 17.9% of the wholesale dollar, which equates to about 10 cents on the retail dollar!
